At bmobil.cz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
According to Czech and EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Conditions:
The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional gifts).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product or proof of shipment.
The following products cannot be refunded:
Software or prepaid cards with broken seals
Products damaged due to misuse
Devices that have been significantly used or activated
Customized or built-to-order products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Your order number

Items must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

A restocking fee may apply in certain cases (excluding legal right of withdrawal).
